Kitty Katrina is actively following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and federal / state government agencies to do our part to help prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, COVID-19.

With that being said, the Governor of the state of Nevada, where our Shop is located, has ordered all non-essential businesses to temporarily close until April 16, 2020, to slow the spread of COVID-19.

We would like to reassure our customers that no one at Kitty Katrina has tested positive for COVID-19 and we are well. We are simply following our state government's order to temporarily close all non-essential businesses.

ALL purchases with our Shop have shipped via USPS prior to this state order. USPS Tracking Information has already been sent OR will be sent to you on March 21st, 2020 (at the latest), via the email associated with your order.

Please be patient with USPS deliveries, as USPS workers are still having to deliver items during this difficult time and overall shipments in the U.S. have increased.

While this is a rapidly evolving situation, we anticipate and sincerely hope to re-open our Shop and accept purchases again on April 16th, 2020.

If you have any concerns about your shipment, please contact the USPS with your Tracking Information so they can assist you :)
